Happy Monday!!!

I had the most loveliest weekend...with the exception of yesterday but whatever.

No pics from Thanksgiving :( I have a nice recap though.

So, Jay had to work but he got off at 2. He wanted to go to his father's house first. Now, I'm surprised that he wanted to go to his father's house because they don't really get along. Anyhoo, I made an apple pie and took it over there with us. All of his family was there and I could tell that Jay was uncomfortable as soon as we walked into the door. When we saw his dad he didn't say hello, but he did say "Hey, have you two had your first big fight yet??" WOW...what a welcome. Then he tried to give us advice. Nah dude, There is no marriage advice you can give us. He's never been married before. What kind of an expert are you? Anyway, we left right before dinner was served (that was Jay's idea) then we went to my parent's house. I got to play with the pooch...that's always good :D And I ate some of my Mom's greens. Yummy! After that we went to his Aunt's house and that was about it. It was a very eventful day.

Then Jay tells me that he wanted me to go shopping with him the next day. Black Friday shopping?? I wanted to pass so bad, but he always went with his mother so this year he wanted to go with me. That was sweet. I decided to go with him and I WAS NIT happy to wake up at 4:30 a.m. I was sleeping too good, lol.

We were planning on going to Best Buy and ABC Warehouse. ABC Warehouse had 42" flat screen TV's for 388.00 I wanted one of those. When we arrived at ABC, there was a line around the corner so we just turned around and went to best buy. We ended up getting a lot of DVD's for $3.99 and $9.99. I was extra excited because we got all 4 seasons of Entourage for $40.00! I love this show.

So all in all I wasn't too impressed with Black Friday. I could've stayed in the bed :)

I'm ending this post now because I have a few projects to finish by the end of the week and I also have paperwork from my job that I need to complete.
