Ok, Baby Weight...

...it's time for you to go!

It's been three months since having Mason and I need to do something about my weight. I gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy and I lost 35 pounds so far. I would like to lose 20 more. I hate to say that I'm going to start a diet, because that's setting myself up for failure. Instead, I'm going to start a personal 100 day challenge. During this challenge, I'm going to do the following things:

- Drink nothing but water
- Eliminate fried foods
- Work out 2x a week


I think drinking nothing but water is going to be my biggest challenge. I drink one or two diet drinks per day and it's not good for my body. I know it, but I feel like I have to have one. They make me feel so bloated afterward. I'm sure drinking only water will be good for my skin as well, so I'm excited to see what happens. I'm going to start on July 1st. I will post more details of my challenge then. Whoo! I need to mentally prepare for this, but I think I'm ready. I'm trying to look right in my jeans and get rid of this big belly.
