I started my "Nothing But Water" challenge on July 2nd. I slipped up and had a diet pepsi on the 1st, so I had to start a day late. It's going ok so far. It is definitely going to take some getting use to, but it's not as bad as I thought. I haven't had any fried foods either, but I still think I'm eating a lot. Sometimes, I eat like I'm still pregnant. Tomorrow's the 4th so I know I'm going in on some great BBQ, so I'll start eating smaller portions on Tuesday, lol.
I have nothing more to say tonight so I'll update on Tuesday. Happy 4th of July!
